ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: APRIL 20
How to Enroll:​​​
  1. Contact Earth Immersion to check availability.
  2. Fill out all required fields in the Enrollment Form below and submit enrollment form prior to April 20.
  3. Pay deposit of $500 to secure your spot. The $500 deposit can be paid online with a credit card following Enrollment Form submission below. If you would prefer to pay with a check, please mail it to the address listed below.
  4. After Enrollment Form and deposit are received, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information and a final invoice for the remaining balance.

    Inherent risks are associated with scuba diving. We need to ensure that your child is physically and mentally fit for scuba diving and we need to be aware of any potential limitations. Note that a medical form is required for anyone participating in scuba diving and a physician's approval may be required depending on participant's medical history.
